Employees of our company must follow this policy. Contractors, consultants, partners and any other external entity are also covered. Generally, our policy refers to anyone we collaborate with or acts on our behalf and may need occasional access to data to supply the service.

In Accordance with the GDPR regulations we promise to collect, store and share your personal data in a secure and safe manner.
We collect certain personal data about you which is essential to provide our service to you and make your travel arrangements operate as best as possible.
We require the following data such as Passenger names, mobile contact numbers, email address, flight number etc.. and travel arrangements.
In the provision of the service we may have to share your data to our partner companies (name/mobile contact/travel arrangements) We will only share this information to those companies that comply with the latest GDPR requirements.
How is your data used.
The data and personal information is required for us to provide our service to you and is used for the duration of your travel itinerary.
First Name, Surname, email address and mobile contact number are required when making a booking so that we have a reference and so that we can confirm your travel arrangements and to keep in contact with you during your travel itinerary.
Travel arrangements comprise of flight times/numbers so that we can plan and track your flights, and start/end location addresses again so that we can plan your itinerary.
Payment credit/debit card details, your payment is processed directly with “Monetico’ so we do not have any access to any card details, we share your ‘Name, Surname, email address with them to complete the transaction. details can be found here (https://www.monetico-paiement.fr/fr/securiser-transactions/garanties-securite.html)
Personal Data will only be shared with trusted partner companies that are involved with your itinerary and have shown that they are compliant with the GDPR regulations. The Data shared is only names, mobile contact and travel arrangements/itinerary, never your email address.
MorzineLink will never share, sell or trade your Data with other third parties, marketing or promotional companies.
Security
We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure, we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect.
Your Data will be retained for as long as required for the purpose of the booking and during your travel itinerary to provide our service to you as outlined in this statement and in accordance with French Law.
After use your data will be deleted/destroyed unless you have consented that we may keep you data for Morzinelink promotions.
Opt Out
If at anytime after you have consented to us that we may use your data for MorzineLink promotional or feedback emails that you no longer wish to be contacted then you can informus and your data will be deleted within 30 days.
